At Airtronics, our design engineers manage the manufacturing process and perform intricate design work, as well as testing and quality assurance. Meanwhile, complex enterprise resource planning (ERP) software controls and maintains almost everything that happens on the plant floor. Our manufacturing machinery is monitored by an intricate SRP system, and some work areas are automated, using robots to load and unload press brakes, for example.

CNC Machine Shop
Machining is handled in an 8,000 square-foot machine shop, which operates in a clean-controlled environment with full shop floor controls and state-of-the-art CNC mills, lathes, and drills. We provide complete machining services for frames, card cage enclosures, and special projects. And we have developed unique processes for handling tubular steel, stainless, aluminum, brass, copper, plastics and other materials requiring welding, bonding and machining processes.
Our capabilities include prototyping, low to high volume product runs, high production manufacturing, and partnerships with off-shore companies as needed for cost-effective large production parts.

Airtronics multi-stage wash line prepares parts for painting and/or silkscreen. Our painting capabilities include both wet and powder coat along with in-house silkscreen done per your artwork. If you do not have artwork, Airtronics can assist in the development.
