Meet the Management Team

Jeff Burke

President and CEO

Jeff brings to Airtronics 30 years experience in all phases of manufacturing and quality assurance management. He previously held the title of Vice President of Quality Assurance and Value Added Manufacturing at Airtronics.

Jim Ellis

Vice President Engineering and Production

Jim has more than 26 years with Airtronics, and more than 24 years in the electronic metal business. He started out hands-on in the shop and for the last 14 years has been in design/design assistance, where his extensive knowledge of metal fabrication has paid significant customer dividends in the terms of design, cost reduction, DFM and innovative.

Fermin Rodriguez

Vice President Manufacturing

Fermin is our “senior” employee and has been with Airtronics since 1975. He has done virtually every job in the shop, which eminently qualifies him for his position as Manufacturing Manager. He was promoted to Vice President in December of 1995.

Diane Neff

Controller

Diane has been with Airtronics for ten years. She was with Computer Cabinet Corporation for 6 years prior to Airtronics. During that time she wore several hats in both finance and operation, and this experience is invaluable for her role at Airtronics. Diane has been the Airtronics Controller for all ten years and now is managing purchasing, receiving, and inventory control. Diane received her Associates Degree in Business in 2010 from West Valley College.
